2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Lesson bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
2.2. Payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Lesson fees are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full lesson price.
3.3. Lessons canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Student Responsibilities
4.1. You must bring a valid learner permit or driver’s license to every lesson.
4.2. Ensure you are physically and mentally fit to drive. Alcohol, drugs, or medications affecting your ability to drive are strictly prohibited.
4.3. Inform your instructor of any relevant medical conditions or disabilities.

5. Instructor Responsibilities
5.1. Our instructors are fully qualified, RSA-approved, and insured.
5.2. Instructors reserve the right to terminate a lesson if they believe it is unsafe to proceed (e.g., due to intoxication or reckless behavior).

6. Liability
6.1. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage occurring during or after lessons unless caused by our negligence.
6.2. You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or offenses committed while driving.

7. Data Protection
7.1. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws.

8. Gift Vouchers
8.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
